Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

ThousandEyes is great visibility tool allowing us to gain monitoring data and status from different perspectives, meaning from within the company and from outside the company. We do value the speed and simplicity of the deployment; we have ability to add monitoring almost anywhere within minutes and start getting valuable data.

  • On-prem monitoring
  • Monitoring end user experience
  • Data correlation between network traces and network packet loss and latency
  • Improved visibility over WAN between remote offices allowing to provide better experience for users.

ThousandEyes is very well suited for: - monitoring public services from within different location around the world - monitoring end user experience with Endpoint Agent installed on each and every computer ThousandEyes is less suited for full network hardware monitoring. SNMP is supported, but provides just some complementary data. Monitoring only on-prem resources would be waste of money.
