Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

We got several buildings in different locations that needs to have daily meetings by MS Teams and improving user experience is part of the challenge we got from our board.

Pros

  • Give us feedback about Microsoft 365 services
  • Detailed reports about our ISP compliance and QoS
  • Metrics to show to our board about availability

Cons

  • Monitoring App Services on Azure
  • Local DNS lookup
  • Positive, we now have metrics to challenge our providers
  • Improve user experiences, giving us good reviews about the network
