My company, Netnology, is a Cisco Partner. Our focus is Solution and Software Integration. We work with 50+ resellers and end customers to deploy Cisco technology and solutions.
We deploy ThousandEyes in our Data Center and Cloud environments to track path visibility and end user experience. We also deploy ThousandEyes along with Cisco SD-WAN to help customers better manage their networks.
  • Provide End to End path visibility
  • Provide insights into End User Experience when access applications in the Data Center or Cloud
  • Integration with other solutions like SD-WAN to help better manage the network
  • Integration with other Cisco solutions to provide end to end network coverage across Data Center, WAN, Campus and Cloud.
  • Integration with Security products to provide better visibility into impact to network connectivity caused due to security related incidents.
  • Focus on remediation of problems, leveraging AIOps.
  • Mostly positive impact as it provides a stronger value prop to customers deploying Cisco SDN solutions.
ThousandEyes provides end to end path visibility from end users all the way to the applications from remote locations through the WAN to the Cloud. No other platforms provides such visibility to identify issues that impact end user experience.

ThousandEyes is well suited for customers deploying Cisco SDN solutions such as SD-WAN. ThousandEyes does not provide detailed information on root cause of problems so going deeper into the stack would be beneficial.
