Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes

As we have migrated most of our services to Cloud and SaaS based services, ThousandEyes has been a life saver in monitoring network access to our critical applications. It gives us the visibility to proactively address network issues on different WAN circuits as well as a tool for troubleshooting and historical monitoring.

Pros

  • Great UI
  • Easy to Use
  • Historical reporting

Cons

  • Better monitoring for Zoom
  • Integration to more SD-WAN productions
  • More built in tests
  • We are able to use Internet for most services instead of expensive MPLS

It is really good to monitoring SaaS applications like O365, but not as good for meetings like Zoom
