Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO BusinessWorks
We are using TIBCO BusinessWorks as a common EAI platform to connect multiple system and facilitate information flow. It helps my customer to modernize their IT infrastructure without much disruption to their legacy operations.

Yes visual creation is much faster in TIBCO. It requires less development time, with an intuitive and business-friendly flow design.
TIBCO has less built-in XSLT support which can be enhanced. TIBCO mapper is quite feature rich, providing standard XPATH support along with built-in regularly used functions.
For testing, you need to rely on external client tools. Not JUnit and other test automation support, partially because it is not based on Eclipse and works differently.

TIBCO provides easy-to-learn and maintainable product. IT data transformation support is quite strong, which gives it an edge. You also have the option to connect to other TIBCO products like ActiveSpaces and BusinessEvents, which massively enhance performance compared to other products.
