Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO BusinessWorks

BW is used in the BSS software development. We use BW for communicating with other systems in the company. Creating REST and SOAP Web Services.

Pros

  • It is relatively easy to communicate with any system in any format.

Cons

  • We have been waiting for a good Salesforce adapter which I think that is already available.
  • No question about it, it has had has a positive impact. It makes it easier for us to communicate with all other systems that are running in our organization.
We did some pilot projects with TIBCO BusinessWorks and MuleSoft and the end result was that for us TIBCO was the better choice.
Gathering information from more than one system and addressing them to user or another system, in any format that is preferred.
