Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO BusinessWorks

BusinessWorks is used across different teams across the whole organization. Is it used in some of the STP processing applications primarily.

Pros

  • Easy to use and faster to develop applications
  • Fault tolerance / high availability for application is easily configurable
  • Easy to administer the application via GUI

Cons

  • XML parsing options are limited via palettes
  • Online training
They provide the best practices for using the software.
  • It has helped build the new application and maintain with ease.
  • It can be deployed in a form leveraging the existing infrastructure.
  • Works very well with EMS.
BW was the product of choice of our firm and is a standardized one.
For straight through processing BW is well suited.
