Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including BusinessWorks and Scribe)

We currently use Scribe to integrate data from our ERP System (SAGE) to Salesforce.com.
  • Straightforward, logical setup
  • Reliable, regular scheduling of integration runs
  • Relatively easy to walk through the logic of the integration
  • We do not reliably receive email notifications when an integration run fails
  • Allows our sales users to see at a glance their revenue numbers at a glance
  • Allows users to see most recent orders by customer and drill down to products ordered
  • Previous efforts to provide this detail were very manual and time-consuming. By integrating with Salesforce, we're able to allow users to find the data themselves, freeing up our analyst's time for more in-depth analysis
  • Self-taught
I needed to be walked through the setup, logic and how the integration works with the consultants who had implemented it for us.
Seems to be well suited for straightforward pulling of data from one system into another.
