Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including BusinessWorks and Scribe)
We are using Scribe to connect D365 to GP to send invoice and cost information. We are also using it for accounts payable information sending and data mart replication.
- Data mart replication - easy to pull needed tables
- UI is intuitive and fairly easy to understand despite not having a technical background
- Support is slow, very unresponsive at times, takes way to long to respond
- Data Mart replication takes about 2 hours, although not a ROI helps with dashboards and making real time decisions
We had a home grown propritery software before this, Scribe was the first time we used or needed a tool of this sort.

We have hired a professional to help manage the software for us, I use it to monitor if any replications have failed and am self taught.
