Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including BusinessWorks and Scribe)

We have used TIBCO as a backbone solution for building a flagship application within our bank. It has really accelerate our development by providing out of the shelf features. For example many connectors are provided with TIBCO BW that really helps us to connect our different systems

We have integrated BW with Active Matrix BPM. Globally a good and smooth integration with a good level of support provided by TIBCO
We have been able to progressively add new business (new countries roll out)
We have made a global benchmark of the different tools in the market. An after an important study we have chose BW as it was the most appropriated tool for our nerfs and also in our enterprise catalog.

TIBCO Cloud Capabilities

TIBCO cloud capabilities is now a mature well integrated (can still be enhanced but good enough) solution to accelerate/boost your requirement. This TIBCO solution has been a great chlice for ourajor projet allowing us to improve significantly our time to market approach and overall project cost. It has also help us secured sensitive business process steps !
We were starting the study of a new major program (tagged as flagship in our organization) and after a lot of back and forth to chose the good approach, we finally decided to build this new solution from scratch leveraging on TIBCO solution (we have made different type of POC with TIBCO staff to ensure this was the best solution)
As we use to build an application from scratch we haven't used Any migration features
TIBCO solution has been an impressive business accelerator. We have been in capacity (using agile methodology) to déliver in iterative way our solution in order to cover all business requirement. During the project we have been obliged to "redo" some part of the application (requirement change) and TIBCO solution was flexible enough to really ease this task !

TIBCO provided us a lot of support during the design phase in order to guide us to do right choice and avoid bad design pattern. Then during the implementation a few hours to validate some choice or to make some tricky troubleshooting. We have been guide very well by TIBCO support !
During our project we have discussed with TIBCO on the opportunité to integrate new feature (devOps). They have been really receptive and few month later we have received à patch with required enhancement. Then later it had been integrated in the commercial version. So a good point (reactivity) for TIBCO
