Spotfire is incredibly useful!
Overall Satisfaction with Spotfire
The Spotfire product is being used by a specific department to provide clients with insights into the data that we collect for them. The collected data is customer feedback about their service, we then provide interactive reports via Spotfire to allow our clients to slice and dice the data and compare themselves to competitors.

They are similar but don't offer some of the specific client login portal capabilities. We needed a centralized platform that allows customization and sign-ins from multiple clients. Additionally, they did not quite have the diverse data source support capabilities that we get from the Spotfire product, which greatly benefits us and allows flexibility in the future.

Early on we did some online training. Since then it has been hands-on experience and trial/error. The documentation can be cumbersome but allows us to figure things out.
