Overall Satisfaction with TimeFox
We use it to track billable hours and how much we're servicing each client account. It's a easy way to make sure we're servicing specific clients more or less depending on their retainer. Overall, it's an accurate service to ascertain where our "gaps" are in client work.

- Providing a timeline of clients needs and projects
- Easier to go back and add on previous days if you missed inputting time
- Great a desktop widget/app that makes it easier to track via TimeFox without login in via a website
- Better tracking of client servicing
- Has let to less employee efficiency - they take time out of their day to do it
- If you forget to do TimeFox, it's near impossible to create an accurate report
