Overall Satisfaction with Toggl

We use it to track time on clients projects and for internal company projects/initiatives.
  • Can manually schedule time or use timer function.
  • Easy to create teams.
  • Easy to create/label various projects.
  • Wish reminders that it was left on came earlier.
  • Reporting function can be a little confusing.
  • Less time running reports on time use.
  • Increased accountability for time spent.
Not sure, I haven't had to use their support function ever. Probably a good sign.

Well suited for a small company like ours that needs to track time on clients' projects. Also well suited for a contract worker to track time and provide reports with their invoices.
