Overall Satisfaction with TotalAV
Our computers are constantly a target for malware so we use TotalAV to ensure the safety of our files. We use the smart scan feature to look for malware, trojans, adware, etc. We also use it to optimize the space in our computers so they run better. TotalAV is very effective at finding duplicate files and cleaning up junk files.

- Browser Cleaner.
- It would be great if the reporting was more intuitive.
- More help tutorials would help me understand operations.

- One positive impact is the improved speed of the computers as there's more space on each one.
- Peace of mind is another big return as we don't need to worry about our files - or our clients.
- Sophos Secure Web Gateway (discontinued)
Sophos wasn't as user-friendly and TotalAV was more cost-effective for the team.
