Overall Satisfaction with Traackr

Traackr is being used across the whole organization, specifically with teams who specialize in social media publishing.

Pros

  • The influencer search function is very robust and the database extends to many different areas.
  • The framework and Traackr tools are easy-to-use and help efficiently and effectively guide our and our clients' strategies.
  • Platform is very user-friendly. You don't need to be a technical expert to use it.

Cons

  • Some advanced capabilities may require additional technical skills from the user (e.g., analytics, insights development).
  • Filters could be more granular or more importantly, customizable.
  • Easy and ideal for any influencer strategy
Traackr is well-suited for the team that is looking for a quick solution that will go far. For very well-developed teams, adopting a whole new platform like Traackr may not be best-suited for the entire team. Or at the very least, ensure that you are well-equipped to train and educate each and every team member of not only how to use Traackr but also on why Traackr is necessary for the holistic strategy.
