Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an endpoint protection, App Trend allows us to monitor and protect 100 or so devices centrally and easily. It works in tandem with Windows Defender to block viruses, ransomware, and other malicious code from damaging devices or stealing our data.

Return on Investment

Well, we haven't had any viruses in the 6 years we've used it so that's a good sign.
Works well paired with MS Defender, so you can use both simultaneously.

Usability

Easy to set up and deploy. It's easy to create policies, as many defaults are set to how you'd most want them anyway. The reporting of day-to-day events could be better, but the data is still there.

Likelihood to Recommend

Good for multiple endpoints where it can easily be deployed via Intune. Works for multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux) if licensed correctly. It may get unwieldy for very large deployments of 500+. Overall, it is a good small-mid-sized business endpoint protection program.
