I think Integration was not that difficult this tool also has have the feature to connect with such tool
Tricentis qTest is one of the best test case management tool I have used. This actually manage add all the possible test cases into the test library. Once all the test cases were created from all the perspective and respective team such as compliance team and business owner. Once test are performed finalized report can be sent to the signoff team for the final approval.
