[It's] Being used organizationally, it saves time for users booking travel, promotes economical decisions and rewards users with gift cards and the simplification of booking/organizing an itinerary.
- Organizes itineraries by trip
- Make it easy to understand what a "reasonable" trip should cost
- Provides transparency between those booking and those reimbursing
- More seamless integration with Southwest (changing/canceling bookings through SW)
- I don't oversee this portion of the business, as an individual contributor that uses TripActions, I can say that it makes me more aware of what a competitive rate is in booking travel which makes me feel confident in the choices I make.
