Overall Satisfaction with TrueSight Capacity Optimization
We use Capacity Optimisation to forecast the future growth of national critical IT services. We are currently using it in in one key area of the organisation. We use it to predict system and storage growth.
- Predicts storage growth.
- Predicts system utilisation growth.
- Integrates well with our alerting tool.
- Training new users on how to build reports can be time consuming.
- Mapping transactions has proved a bit hard.
- Only recently purchased but we are seeing positive signs on how this will provide us with ROI.
We have used a bespoke tool previously and TSCO is much easier to use and provides greater returns in regards to reporting.
