Overall Satisfaction with Trust Swiftly

Our marketplace has high value goods and we needed a solution to verify our customers and suppliers that was simple and fast to use. We covered both sides of the transactions to verify the security of the users. Trust Swiftly made it easier for our team to verify each case and add in extra checks.

Pros

  • Adding in verifications is fast and can be done with no code by our team
  • The security and integration with multiple tools makes privacy requirements verified and safe for anyone uploading documents.
  • The custom notification options were helpful to verify the person and remind them to complete a check.

Cons

  • The support hours did not meet our initial requirements as we have international based team.
  • We could have more options to verify the documents on certain upload types.
  • The transfer process between devices should be faster.
  • Cutting down the time of our review process by hours
  • Accepting more orders and payments by multiple times
  • Allowed us to invest more time into our marketing team as saved reviews
We use multiple features to make sure we have the best outcome for each verification. It gives more usage to the product and we actually grant more customers the ability to transact with us. There is plenty of times where our customers would have left us if we did not have any verifications available.
