Overall Satisfaction with Trust Swiftly

Our usage is daily with each customer being checked via their passport for authenticity. We have lots of international customers and we needed a way to check with governments if the ID was real. The app helps us do this in a streamlined fashion with each check verifying their identity. There is comprehensive checks especially with the liveness.

Pros

  • Document authenticity checks with NFC validation to the government
  • Liveness validation with multiple ways to check for AI content
  • Database sources to bring in more secure information about a user

Cons

  • More integrations with our other tools we use Microsoft Entra ID
  • Automatic provisioning for roles and permissions
  • Better ways to verify address documents. The current set is limited
  • Business has expanded since we can cover more countries now
  • We used to only allow a few countries now we opened our business up to the entire world
  • Our site has been more secure since bad actors avoid us after we put them through multiple verifications.
Trust Swiftly was simply easy to get started. The amount of settings and choices overwhelmed us at first but it made since now that we dealt with a lot of fraud. Having each verification allows us to expand our operations to more customers and our team feels comfortable logging in each day to use..
We tried one other solution but it was too limited for the plan we needed for our business. The price point was a problem with the other solution since they required higher minimums to use anything. Also more features were gated and locked with the higher tiers so we ended up selecting Trust Swiftly.

The application is comprehensive for our use case with online customers. We deal with nomadic clients who travel much and have very little information about themselves. These customers come from far and expect only to provide minimal verifications since their identities can span multiple countries. Trust Swiftly works especially well since we can select a verification template per customer allowing for complete customizations.
