We deal with many distributors and vendors who have to be verified for their pricing and invoicing for purchase orders. Before we can send out our invoicing and sales we verify that there is a corresponding business and our wire transfers are sent to correct business. We work with our accounting team to let them know once the changes have been verified within Trust Swiftly to send out payments.
  • The tracking and logging of all events are easy for us to know when a vendor has completed their verifications.
  • Vendors are able to complete the checks quickly so we are not waiting to send out invoices.
  • Our accounting and audit teams are able to do dual approvals for the checks.
  • The ability to lookup more information for a vendor such as the associated bank and wire information would be beneficial.
  • We spend time doing the initial research of the distributor so if there was a way to collect some data by self service it would speed up the process.
  • Some distributors are international so the language translations could be increased but we have defaulted to English for them.
The software is used well for us since we wanted to cut down on incorrect invoicing and fraudulent purchase orders from our distributors. We were dealing with some fake transactions that then were sent through our sales pipeline and ultimately were paid out. For businesses that are looking for 3rd party verifications to prevent these types of mistakes it has worked well.

As a financial site that deals with customers purchasing goods and services using online payments such as PayPal and bank wire transactions. The solution is mainly used for our customers with large payments that use abnormal information. Our customers then complete a check on Trust Swiftly so they are able to confirm themselves. Once we get the information we can deliver their order or transaction. So overall its for online security checks as the product can secure payments.
  • Some of the top parts is the speed at which the checks can be completed. Usually customers get notified right away and then complete it within a few minutes. Other solutions we had to wait a long time for the customer to fill out the information needed.
  • We also liked the pricing structure as it fit our budget and allowed us to have enough security without giving up many features. This balance was important to see what we needed to pay extra for such as lookups on government databases.
  • Having the branding and customization was another benefit as we could match all the themes and different collection points to our own tools.
  • We hope there is better guidance on the new releases of features as we were waiting for another logo option for our company and it was pushed back on adding.
  • A plan with a cheaper minimum would be useful for startups that are looking to start out on verifications. We initially only did a few checks.
  • Some kind of live chat would be nice too for when we run into setup issues.
It is better for types of financial transactions where you have little information or your customers do not want to share much information. Before we had trouble trying to collect a lot of data about people but after awhile they all got tired from the whole thing so stopped participating in verifications. We eventually had to try a new solution for better customer satisfaction. Trust Swiftly was the only tool that gave us enough options where we felt comfortable using it long term.

We are a online gaming casino and must adhere to stringent regulations and laws so having a ID verify process is a requirement for us. Whenever a customer signups we need to check their legal status and bank information. There are some financial checks as well as age and a few other things Trust Swiftly does in the background. We have been also using it during OFAC checks to make sure we are following all PEP regulations and checks. The last thing is dealing with fraud from some of the customers who try to get payouts before verifying their identity. We have customers mostly in the USA but also some in CA so its able to check them faster than when we did it manually.
  • The ability to add in PEP and AML checks was critical for us since we wanted one solution. We met the regulatory needs and were able to do this automatically without extra IT integrations.
  • Part of the no code options were easy for us to turn things on and off and customize what we wanted. This helped us find some new fraud and make the setup process fast.
  • Their support is fast and they improved the PEP detection for us when we found there was an issue with peoples nicknames.
  • There could be better pricing for bulk and volume discounts when you go over a certain amount of checks. We wanted to scale more for the PEP ones but knew there would be some added costs.
  • There is no NFC check for passports which we thought could help us verify more countries than the original amount.
The high risk industry is critical for a tool like this since there are so many laws changing and new fraud that we have to keep up. If you have to deal with lots of changing requirements and constantly getting signups from across the world then a tool like this helps keep things in check. We were overwhelmed when we did it ourselves. Digital onboarding is the main scenario and it helps us automate that process.
I think for other scenarios where you need higher assurance it won't always be necessary to use these tools since the checks are not going to catch everything. We decided to do some video calls too when we found that people were still trying to trick the system.
  • Our business has been able to save on fraudulent withdrawals from winnings by using the tool. We already caught a few cases where we would have lost thousands of dollars. It was a immediate impact and the savings were easily worth it in the grand schemes of things.
  • We saw a spike on sucessful signups too since before we had more of a slow manual process to onboard and withdraws. After putting it in place we could expand the processing and get faster payout times.
There were not many options that could do all the features but our first check was with our data aggregator who had the ID checks as an addon. But when we started the RFP process and RFIs we didn't get great responses on what was available and how fast it could be created. Trust Swiftly took our requirements and didn't spit out a cookie cutter response since their tool seemed more flexible. After comparing the solutions we decided to go with one that seemed to add features faster and easier when other tools had been on the market for a long time but just stagnated.

We use it for our know your customer process. It is a competitive product for our issues which is in a advanced marketplace. We deal with customers worldwide and needed something that can work fast. Everyday our customer support team will use the product to identify different risky scenarios. Then this tool can tell us who is good vs bad. When starting out it was critical to understand each of our problems so we had to meet with their team to custom create a list of verifications that we needed. Our business spans multiple countries and lots of different products so each one was unique.

Here are some more use case and problems we can address:

  • Customers using fake credit cards
  • Customers sending fake billing addresses
  • Age maniuplation with photoshop
  • Driver license scanning for address lookup
  • Spam prevention with the email verification
  • Country restriction with the phone verification

In the end it was critical to use Trust Swiftly to solve some of our fraud problems as well as increase customer sign ups. Different language support was important for us to since the tool was able to support customers in regions such as Europe.
  • I like that everything is sent to us quickly and the results are easy to understand. There are clear outlines of everything checked such as AI results on the authenticity of documents. We can aso see duplicate user checks and block repeat verifications if they are not up to our requirements.
  • We like the pricing too and think its very competitive to the other solutions we looked at. There is a pay as you go model so this worked with us when we first started. After increasing usage we signed up to one of their plans.
  • The UI is easy to understand and the process to setup was quick. The fast setup was critical so we could expand regions. Each time we onboarded new customer support to the admin they had no trouble getting used to the solution.
  • Sometimes different IDs don't get all information extracted so we have to retry. it adds little extra steps. If the customer sends a blurry document or too small or dark there is trouble getting all the information. Its helpfult to have the steps clear to them before starting.
  • Our customers don't like to send their ID and selfie as it adds some friction. Having backup methods for these cases was important so they could always add more things.
  • Their availability for our offshore team could be better for support. We needed our Europe team to setup some calls but it was hard at first to find good times.
The product is good for companies like us that have Zero KYC program. There was a way we could increase the security of our platform with not much added cossts or time to setup. This allowed us to deploy quickly. So if you are company that needs protection fast then this tool can be best selection for online businesses. You need to properly use this tool for some customers and not all. We realized we couldnt always do verifications due to added fricition so we had to decide what was worth it to us versus not using it. Lastly you should have understanding of the fraud and scammers that are on your service.

Well suited for businsses that have a fraud and technical team to properly deploy the tool. We were overloaded with so many things that we missed so it really takes a dedicated person to understand the tool and setup properly. We ended up just paying for some consulting and having their team walk us through extra support.

  • More customers signup with us now that there is less setup time for their accounts. the onboarding process is much faster. The flow for verifications has been better and can help us get going when we need to use it most.
  • Our budget was lower and the roi took only a month or two then we started seeing savings from increased customer acquistions. We made sure each budget was adjusted according to the rate of signups and season.
  • Our main business objective has been international expansion and the tool made us confident we could do it safely. We felt it was a good fit.
We tried Ondato for awhile but it became too diffcult to setup. There was too much involvement with developers and coding. we decided to do a no code solution with trust swiftly which worked fast. The best part about switching is they even helped on our migration over with the right settings and the right checks for us. Other tools had limited ways to use the product from just the dashboard without getting heavy coding intergrations. Their tool allowed direct emails and sms notifications too saving any changes on our end. i.e. we could send from our own branding.

The other thing is they were not really supportive with our company when we tried to talk to their support. It took over a week just to get some answers from them. We wanted a comapny that had lots of experience and could put the attention to the issues we faced. Trust Swiftly was the one where they setup almost everything for us and then made sure to keep changing anything when we wanted it. The solution had all the bells and whistles we needed so it made it a top choice for our team.

We used Onfido prior to Trust Swiftly and wanted a easier to manage option. It was fast and better for our overall budget. Took less time from sales to implementing it live. The main issue was just getting started with Onfido and some other products. We had a tight deadline to get the product intergrated so we made sure this solution worked fast. It paid off as we could expand quickly and get going.

The amount of integrations on Trust Swiftly is pretty impressive. We could setup our own AWS S3 connection. We could use our own mailing brand and almost every tool they have is available with a bring your own API key. We had a Stripe account too that worked with their tool. Having this flexibiltiy was huge for our team since we wanted to keep everything secure and within our own accounts. The ease to do this all was pretty simple and with a switch of button we had the tool connected with our systems.
I would have searched more for what defines a good ID platform with all the extra features and talked to people that actually used the product vs relying just on the sales team. We learned 10x more by using each of the products and vendors and when we actually sat down with their teams we could see more differences. Having the flexibility to select multiple products helps but we made the decision quick once we used the acutal products.

We use Trust Swiftly to verify buyers of our machinery prior to shipping for high value goods. Once we get a purchase we then send the customer a link from Trust Swiftly with their details to complete. There are a few verify things we do such as driver license and payment card. We receive the data from the app securely and review the personal information to make sure it matches the payment.

  • The support is fast when we needed help and there is new features added for us
  • We are looking for support with new document types such as contracts and invoices so far we have not had much luck on those. We have to provide more details to get them scanned well.
It is well suited for when we have to sell an expensive machine equipment to a customer that has little credit or background information about them. When you are selling a piece of equipment over 6 figures you want to be sure their payment is not a scam. So if you are dealing with international buyers or people online only then Trust Swiftly would be a good fit. However I think if you have more in person transactions there wouldn't be much point in the tool since you can check the persons ID in realtime.
  • We close our deals faster now by using the tool, before we had to wait days or weeks just to get the information completed by a buyer. Now we can finish the KYC process in little as an hour.
  • Our staff save time too now since they don't need to keep calling up the customer and instead there is auto reminders sent by the system. So it's a win win for both sides. We get more assurance on our payments and customers get the equipment shipped faster.
  • The initial setup did require some IT integrations so there was a cost for getting it setup properly so we had it automated. The impact longer term still is positive since it was a one time thing.
We didn't really compare other solutions since this one beat them out on pricing right now so it met our budget. There were a few other options we found using Google search and review sites like TrustRadius but nothing was really fitting our needs. We wanted a company in the USA too so that helped make the decision and they had the ability to get on calls with us to answer questions. The other options we looked at took too long to setup meetings and answer some basic questions about their product.
