We appreciate the simplicity of Tsheets and how well they provide a pleasant customer service experience as we did with Jaylon Skaggs today! We are happy customers! Thank you!
Pros
- Friendly, happy and fun staff.
- Gives easy instructions.
- Anyone can help you and they have a good understanding of the product.
Cons
- A couple features I've already given to someone to give to creative team. Don't remember right now.
- It has allowed our cleaners to focus on work much quicker.
- Allowed me to keep track of exact time on jobs to make sure they are keeping on track.
- And to now schedule out more clearer the times they need to be on job as time is money in our business.
