Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We use TSheets to track the time of our employees.
  • Their customer service is out of this world. They always are available to speak through live chat and stay with you until the problem is resolved. They are consistently friendly and patient.
  • Usability. The platform is intuitive and very easy to use.
  • One of their functions is still having the kinks worked out, but the customer service and troubleshooting more than make up for it.
It works very well for our small company, but I can see how a bigger company can benefit, especially if the employees are required to clock in and out!
