Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck

TweetDeck is being used to monitor all twitter activity/mentions of not only our company but our partner organizations, sponsors and collaborative artists.

Pros

  • Allows monitoring of all tweets by name, handle or simply desired phrases
  • Ability to schedule tweets in advance
  • Provides easily accessible analysis for social media monitoring.

Cons

  • Texts next to button icons to understand function of icons. Some icons are confusing in their role when used to them from other devices or applications.
  • Ability to monitor all mentions about company.
  • Keeping up with partners.
Tweetdeck much easier to use in functions. Hootsuite experiences often crashing.
It's the most easiest to use, efficient product in comparison to its competitors.
It's the perfect app for monitoring mentions.
