Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck
TweetDeck is only used by individuals. The organization doesn't pay for its use. Several of us use it to monitor social media for things to read.
- TweetDeck was better than the other products I tried.
- I like that you can filter based on what type of content is in a tweet and based on different lists.
- I wish it loaded more tweets and content. For some reason its results stop after a certain number of days.
- Because of its limitations, it is not the best tool to do research for content over an extended period of time.
- It makes tracking social media faster than with other tools.
