Overall Satisfaction with Twitter Ads

We leverage Twitter Ads to reach a B2B audience in order to build brand awareness and drive top of funnel traffic to our website. We also leverage custom audiences and remarketing throughout the funnel.

Pros

  • High level of audience engagement when targeted appropriately.
  • Good blend of targeting tactics.
  • Intuitive interface for building and launching campaigns.

Cons

  • Need more in-depth targeting options.
  • Would be great to allow better targeting around demo and firmographics.
  • More transparency around cost and factors influencing CPC.
  • Measuring the campaigns on an even or algorithmic weighting suggests that Twitter Ads do make a contribution to overall campaign success.
Twitter is suited for the top and middle funnel campaigns in a B2B context. If your audience is active on the platform, it will be easier to drive results.
