Udemy Business is used for upskilling in our organization.
Pros
- Supporting customers by providing guides, webinars, and similar resources
- Introducing new and relevant courses
- Updating the features of the platform
Cons
- Updating the features of the platform/missing functionality
- Developing a higher standard for instructor video quality/ subject matter
- Provide more SWAG to help orgs promote/increase adoption

Udemy Business has a more "fun" brand. However, LinkedIn learning has higher quality courses and instructors. The videos are professionally shot, the editing is great, and the sound quality is good. In my opinion, some of the courses/instructors on Udemy Business are unprofessional in this regard.
