Overall Satisfaction with Udemy Business

Udemy Business is helping our team in developing and testing by providing learning from various courses of our use and it is helping to enhance the skills of every team member, Sometimes when we try to develop or test , various cases are left, and sometimes integrations and all don't work as per our knowledge, so Udemy makes it easy for setting up the program through their courses.

Pros

  • It provides Certfication and helps in specializing the skills
  • Provides a Platform fot Personal development
  • It also helps for Cross Department Training

Cons

  • It should also provide an option for LIVE classes or it should have a platform tto connect with the course owner , so that doubts can be clear.
  • We can customize course as per are need should be provided.
  • It should provide games instead of Test, so that user can feel more interacted in learning.
  • In just some amount , it has helped in increasing employees skills and productivity.
  • It has reduced are training cost , saved time , on demand learning across our team
  • To increase ROi ,it should provide more learning courses with different integration and updated courses
It helps develop knowledge in our new interns, who will then be onboarded by the onboarding team with the desired knowledge and skillset we ask for through the course. It impacts on ROI etc . Overall I found it good and easy to use and certification process for courses helped me build my resume.
It has diverse content as it has various advance courses and various learning paths which our organization needs, it was cost-effective and helps in scalability and have a better UI as compared to others , it has a feature of on-demand access, it keeps a record of courses left and courses used, etc.

Udemy Business is well suited in some scenarios where it helps our team and new interns to onboard in team or particular project and helps in initial training , it provides certification and through learning , skills would be lifelong. I prefer it should be kinda more interactive and should have various platform like chats and all which could clear the doubts
