Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

Being a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, we use UiPath for RPO Automation and Data Extraction Solutions. Our Automation Department is using UiPath. In RPO processing, the recruiters' closures and submissions are much more efficiently completed. After implementing automation, our recruiters have more free time and hence closures and submissions have also increased. We are also using UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform [in a similar way] for data extraction solutions.
  • The data scraping is precise and extracts data perfectly. We can easily format the data based on our requirements using Excel Automation.
  • UiPathGo gives many customized activities such as chatbots and vision automation which helps in integrating applications with UiPath. No other tool is providing such facilities.
  • The recording performance is marvelous. Particularly the desktop recording and web recording both work really well.
  • It is difficult to extract data from Iframes, but it is still possible.
  • It would be good to provide a Ubuntu version of UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform.
  • Since we automated the RPO Process, our employees' submission and closure rates have increased. Also, the productivity of our employees has increased.
  • Data scraping very valuable as the performance and preciseness are excellent. Now Uipath introduced UiPathGO, which has a wide number of functions and is very useful for us.
  • When data scraping website that have Iframes, it is not extracting properly. Also, the API generation in UiPath is not that easy. It would be nice if we had an activity that could easily convert a workflow into an API.
My primary use case is to automate the process of RPO. Most of the processes we are doing here are repetitive processes like communicating with the candidate, sourcing the candidate, fixing the interview date, level one of the interview process, etc. We use UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform to increase the workforce of the employee.
It is well suited in the recruitment process. I'd say that 80% of the work can be automated [using UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform]. In dynamically changing environments or environments requiring human intervention, it is not well suited. With that being said, there is still the ability to do some automation in dynamically changing environments. UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform can be used in almost all environments.
