Overall Satisfaction with Upsafe Free Gmail Backup
Within my personal company, we use this software in order to help save any potentially important emails that could have been lost due to error. As I work in real estate, this is crucial due to the extensive number of documents, contacts, and files that come through on a daily basis. This is mainly being used in my personal office with my several assistants. It allows us to prevent panic when there are "lost emails," or if there were any problems with hacking we know we would be in safe hands.
Pros
- It's easily accessible from any Google platform.
- Safe security of all types of emails.
- It allows for no hidden emails within the company.
Cons
- The storage space is limited, but I haven't had a problem with this yet.
- I never have to worry when a file is lost.
- It keeps my assistants honest.
A similar software that I have used is Apple iCloud. However, this seems to have even more limited storage and requires you to purchase more often. I struggle with backing my devices up as well.
