Overall Satisfaction with UZIO

We currently use Uzio to run our payroll. It obviously helps us keep track of employment taxes and follow the employees' CalSavers program. It also helps us get employee W-2s out on time and correct.

Pros

  • Accurately runs payroll.
  • Tracks time off.
  • Tracks employment taxes.

Cons

  • I do not like how UZIO doesn't sink with our time keeping app.
  • Everything must be manually entered into a spreadsheet.
  • I can't say that there has been any positive or negative impact.
  • Although it was very difficult when we had to issue w2c to employees.
Very user-friendly.
I really loved how Gusto would sync with our time-keeping app, Homebase. I hope in the future you guys will consider doing a sync so that payroll doesn't have to be entered manually.

It does an efficient job of running payroll. We have had a few employees complain that the correct taxes are not being withheld. Also, when we switched from Gusto to UZIO, our information wasn't transferred accurately, and we had to issue W-2C to several employees.
