We are a marketing agency that uses VanillaSoft as an outsourced telemarketing solution for our clients. We are currently running campaigns for 10 clients and have run over 300 projects since we started using the product back in 2014.
- Customer service.
- Project setup.
- Reporting both query and new reporting.
- Import of lists.
- Integrate calling within the product (ConnectMeVoice should be behind the scenes).
- Copy reporting from one project to another.
- Copy result codes from one project to another.
- VanillaSoft has increased our calling capabilities by 2-3X, in a given day each agent can make up to 200 dials.
I forgot the name of the product but it was not suited well for agencies.
