Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

User interface is very clean and user friendly

Pros

  • Redemption process is easy and fast. Coupons are generated within 5 mins of placing the order

Cons

  • Sometimes the cashback points earned are not credited
  • The list of shopping vendors need to be expanded so that we have wider selection range
  • During the redemption process some kind of security should be added like OTP so that the user do not buy by mistake
  • Redemption process is quick
  • Corporate incentives are provided by Infosys directly in the form of vantage points
  • UI is very clean and user friendly
  • It helps corporate award their employees in the form of vantage points
  • Extra cashback points while shopping on different platforms
  • There has been no negative impact

A very good reward/incentive program at corporate level. Use Vantage Circle to get additional cashback points which can be later redeemed into gift cards from wide selection of vendors like Amazon ,Flipkart etc. If the points are less than 100 then there is no option to redeem the points.

Vantage Circle Reliability

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
Pages load up pretty quickly.
