It is used to provide an appreciation of token by the organization. Organization provides Vantage Circle points to the employees for special occasions and during specific achievements. These points can be redeemed for multiple vendors. This product helps organization to provide benefits to their employees instead of cash transfer. This product also helps employees to utilize the Vintage points for their own choice of vendors and over that it also provides cashback and offers discounts on various merchant sites.
  • It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
  • It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
  • It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.
  • Some improvements can be made on Mobile App.
  • Custom value redemption option should be provided in the application.
  • Offer Vouchers can be made directly available on site instead of mail triggers.
  • This is seamless way to distribute token of appreciation to emplyees.
  • Voucher purchase is quick and secure.
  • Cashback points on redirected site.
  • It helps to encourage employees

Vintage Circle is well suited for the organizations to provide their employee with an appreciation of token. Organizations can use Vantage Circle instead of giving hard cash or any specific gifts to employees. This gives feasibility to employees to make purchase of their own choice. Using Vantage circle also ensure all the employees are equally treated and organizations don't need to run for making any sperate purchase for distribution. This is best suited when organization have to take a decision for distribution of appreciation of token in a short notice. This is less appropriate for organizations that want to distribute tangible gifts to their employees.
