Vantage Circle Platform was implemented to support existing Reward & Recognition Process. It is one of the best means to recognize talent in the company while also keeping the motivational levels up. A highly motivated and engaged workforce can bring positive outcome for the organization. For us as individual Managers, it is a tool to appraise and appreciate work of people who work under CFT umbrella.

- It supports the organization to achieve its strategic goals of motivating employees
