The fantastic thing about Vantage Circle from an organization perspective is rewarding their employees with the points which they can redeem in many (literally a lot) vouchers of vendors across all of the shopping sectors. From jewelry and food to health and clothing products, they have a wide variety of offerings. I discovered that redemption of these points is non-taxable which makes them of a great use. I find Vantage Circle really helpful and appreciate the concept of it.
