Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle

In my organization it is used to transfer reward prizes, competition winning prizes, bonus money in the form of vantage points which we can use for multi purpose. My Organization is preferring Vantage Circle app for reward transfer rather than in hand , as it is more convenient to organization and employees as well to manage. Vantage Circle is helping business for easy transfer of points without any issue or intermediator. In my scope I am using Vantage Circle to redeem my points with help of gift cards of various merchants like Amazon, Myntra, flipkart, etc.

Pros

  • Ease of reedem vantage points
  • Availability of gift cards of various merchants
  • Excellent Purchase offers of various brands

Cons

  • There should be dynamic unit prices to reedem amount
  • Sometimes Marchants are not available while making reedem
  • Can add feature like, a user can transfer his vantage point to another user of Vantage Circle.
  • It is more secure as organization point of view
  • Variety of Marchant to redeem points with gift card
  • All offers are well categoriesed to find out
  • It's convenient for business use
  • secured with organization login id password
  • No negative impact on ROI
Once I used Bonusly but I observed that Vantage Circle is meeting more business needs as compared to Bonusly.

The best scenario where Vantage Circle is well suited is, we have wide range of offers of various brands which we can avail easily. It is less appropriate at transferring vantage points to other user and can redeem 2 digit amount using gift card. It will be better if we can transfer vantage points in the form of money to bank account.
