Vantage Circle is used at Infosys as a platform to reward employees for their various achievements. It provides one single unified platform for an end to end process where employee is rewarded with points, employee then can manage his account and redeem his points with various other third party vendors seamlessly.

- Works well with single sign on but faced issues at times
- More partners for points redemption
- Seamless integration with all platforms
- Integration with Amazon, Flipkart and other famous brands
- Instant redemption with waiting for rewards to come
- As a user I may not be able to tell the numbers but user experience is extremely good
- Employee satisfaction while using the platform
