Overall Satisfaction with Vantage Circle
We are using Vantage Circle to accommodate all the rewards and provide employees the freedom to choose and use Vantage points as per their interest. I feel this Vantage Circle fills the gap between management of rewards while satisfying the employees interest compared to the traditional way of organization giving some article as gifts where employees are not so satisfied.
