Overall Satisfaction with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management

We use it for our Dealer Commissioning and our Internal Sales Compensation. IT supports the application and it is being used by our Finance and Marketing teams. It replaced an existing application.
  • Tracks commissioning and sales compensation.
  • Informative dashboard.
  • Easy to redo commissioning runs.
  • Sales Inquiry lacks functionality to process adjustments.
  • At times we have to customize more then we would like to meet our requirements.
  • From an IT perspective, we have no comments here.
Improvement over our previous application.

We completed the “Solution Enablement for
SaskTel” program and my team and I were very impressed on how well it went.
This gave my team a better understanding of the application. Customizing the presentations to fit SaskTel
was extremely helpful. Sai Nagendran did
an awesome job.

Any time we requested assistance, our issues were resolved quickly. Guneet Sachdeva has
been extremely helpful and quick to respond when required (i.e. especially with a lot of setup issues at the beginning).
We found that processing the wireless run takes less time then the previous application.
Much more stable environment for development.
Processing times are much quicker.
It has fit our Sales Compensation needs quite well.
Looks easy to add a new Dealer to system.
Dealer Commissioning has required a lot of customization.
