Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
Used to backup all critical servers across entire organization. Addresses business continuity and disaster/recovery plans.

- In addition to back up, we also replicate some of these workloads

- Bridges gap between bare metal, hyper-v, and vmware installs
- Incremental backups + full backup merging feature
- Cloud storage support/integration
- Difficult to manage portable backup drives
- Errors for backup repos can hang or take an extremely long time to scan/correct
- Some error messages are difficult to decrypt and require Googling or forum support

- Support for all types of critical data/servers
- Support not only from Veeam Backup & Replication but from other customers as well
Cost of existing backup solution increased + failed to deliver when needed to restore data. Tested Veeam Backup & Replication thoroughly and Veeam Backup & Replication delivered on features and cost savings.

Did not use feature - license is too expensive since it is per GB/Tb
