Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
We use Veeam for all of our backup needs within our business as well as recommending to all of the businesses we consult with. Needing a disaster recovery tool and as well a general backup tool is essential in any business, and Veeam is able to solve both of those needs for us in an incredibly intuitive and easy-to-use manner. It's very much a set-it-and-forget-it software and completely lives up to its online reputation among IT professionals. We couldn't be more appreciative of the Community Edition being free as it is unfortunately not an expense we can afford at the moment, but as we grow we will be buying the full version for ourselves. In the meantime, all we can do is recommend it to any of our consulting clients and other associates in the IT field.

- Application-centric recovery using Veeam Explorers (for Exchange, SQL, Sharepoint, etc)

- I do not use its feature-set deeply enough to find any areas of improvement.

6 physical endpoints plus 1 physical server in total at our organization. It is the same as when we acquired the product as we have not yet expanded our organization.
- Complete positive impact as we have the Community Edition.
- Saves us a decent few hundred dollars per year since it is graciously given for free.
- Has likely netted us some return clients as our recommendations to use it have all come back with positive notes.
I am the change agent that brought about the switch to Veeam as before I made the switch, we were using Nextcloud for basic file sharing and storage and just reloading fresh install of Windows on any computers that needed to be restored.
We have not benefited from these features yet as the Community Edition does not include them.
We have not benefited from this capability as of yet, but plan to in the future.
