Overall Satisfaction with Vembu BDR Suite

On the product side, there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of functionality.
We used VembuBDR to provide a managed backup service to our customers. It addresses data protection and great support.

Pros

  • There's a great support team available 24x7 even though you are not a paid user yet!
  • It covers most of the common applications, and it's easy to configure and install.
  • Attractive pricing.

Cons

  • Documentation.
  • Due to the changes in some of the backup software business modal, we moved to Vembu, and we achieved our ROI in 1 year.
Our biggest customer is a 500-user organization with more than 30 servers covering AD, Exchange, Applications, Web Portal and Databases. We never had any major problem.
