Overall Satisfaction with Vembu BDR Suite

VERY very flexible, it does not require backup over the cloud if not needed.
We are using the software to backup approx 60 workstations and laptops—all Windows 10 Pro based.

Pros

  • Both incremental and Bare Metal backups.
  • Very fast backups over network.
  • Nice email notifications.
  • Top Notch technical support, VERY fast support.

Cons

  • Quicker install and setup of workstations if you could set default values.
  • Allowed me to backup all workstations automatically rather than me going to each computer manually.
Overall Vembu was much lower cost to implement and support long term.
Very low cost per workstation compared to other products.

Yes - With a new product and one that is so critical (backups) I needed the ability for support 24/7 with quick responses which is what I received. Top Notch support at a low cost.
Yes - Very quick responses
Not just once but several times they have always responded within an hour to my requests. Twice they have issued a fix to resolve the issue as well
