Excel-based Tool. Great for Reporting and Budgeting

Vena is our go-to software for reporting. We use them as our central source for inputting data, creating reports, and distributing those reports to leaders across the organization. We started with budgeting revenue and expenses, but have since expanded to capital budgets and more detailed financial/labor/statistical reports. It was our preferred choice because of their connection to Excel. It makes it easier for our accounting team to build reports and for our end users to access and read their numbers. Also, it saves countless hours each month when new data is uploaded. Reports are automatically updated and distributed making my month end much smoother.

Overall, Vena has been very supportive. Implementation was through a 3rd party recommended though Vena. we used them because there would have been a wait for a Vena team. looking back, it went okay but would have preferred to use a Vena team to ensure we were setting up everything under best practice. Support from Account management was fantastic when we had the right guy. We utilize their Expert services since we have a small team and they are incredible.

Vena has made reports available in a much more timely manner than our previous processes. It isn't necessarily real time data but it's quite close now. Now our leaders can react much faster to the data and problems can be nipped before they persist into the next month.
