We use Vena Solutions for budgeting, forecasting and reporting of our G&A across our corporate departments.
Vena is currently helping us create a one stop shop of all things related to G&A. We envision Vena being used as the primary tool helping users better analyze their G&A, and assisting in consolidation and aggregation for our reporting purposes.
Additionally, with Vena it is incredibly easy to create both detailed deep dive reports and high level summary reports. The best of both worlds.
- Vena’s strengths are its power in consolidation and aggregation of data. Vena provides instant visibility into data from multiple business dimension levels.
- Allowing both in depth and high level summary ad-hoc reports to be built easily.
- Intuitive and powerful workflow allows us to pre-determine our distribution cycle for spreadsheets including managing the review process, which also captures full auditing.
- Quick and responsive customer service when issues arise.
- No available prebuilt templates when building a new report, as each new report/template begins as an empty Excel sheet. Vena does offer an assisted approach where a consultant will work with you to build what you need.
- Positive impact is felt in reducing manual distribution and collection of Excel spreadsheets, as well as manual aggregation of data.
- Human time and effort was reduced significantly thereby reducing human error and which ultimately results in more accurate reporting data.
