Overall Satisfaction with Ventiv Claims

I was not a part of the implementation so I am not able to speak much to this. From my understanding Ventiv was very involved in the process of making this as seamless as possible and provided great support. For the integrations that we have had Ventiv has done a great job of answering all questions and helping to resolve any issues.
Ventiv claims helps us to track and process the claims we receive daily. This seamless application provides us with the ease of use. Their customer support has been outstanding as they always make themselves available and follow through on answering all of our questions. When issues arise they are on top of assisting us with getting it resolved.

Ventiv has definitely improved our organizations claims management process by through its seamless tracking and processing. I would highly recommend this product to other organizations for ease of use and great customer support. This product we love and use everyday. They will help you every step of the way to make sure the process is smooth.

The training is very detailed and informative. You can search the Ventiv University for various topics of interest. There is load of information that can help to answer questions and teach you more about their system. This is offered to everyone who uses the product and is a great resource.

Ventiv Claims has seamlessly assisted us in processing and tracking our claims. The system is very user-friendly and fits our need in the financial industry. From the reporting to searching claims this system is easy to use. This product I'm sure has the ability help other industries in their claims tracking.
