We had a few issues with bugs in the system which caused a delay. The wait is very lengthy to get the resolutions fixed to test.

Ventiv provides great customer service and assistance from our Customer Service Manager. Easy to use helpdesk ticket submission. Need improvement on turn around time for assistance with troubleshooting and response.
