Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this product for claims management and processing with easy of use. The functionality of the system allows us to track each claims status and know when we need more information or when it’s time for us to proceed with certain actions. The main screen allows for searching through multiple different ways in the case that information we need isn’t being given to us by our members.

Compared to paper files, the ease of access to file documents and notes related too are seamless. Each file is able to be designated as a certain type and scope which in turn allows for easier capability of finding certain documents.
